Well.....
Our rental house in Washington SOLD!
Well... almost we have to close but its almost there.
We got three offers in two days and closed on our asking price.
It is SO EXCITING after having a rental for eight years to not manage a house so many miles away.
I won't show any pictures of what Levi walked into when he flew out to get it ready to put on the market but I am very thankful that he went out and we did end up deciding to put it on the market.
It was a mess. Some People.
His parents were also out there and helped in between working which was a huge help.
I see presents in there future that hopefully involve the Arizona sunshine with us and the Bell family!
Anyways....the deal was when it sold Levi should be rewarded with a price.
He got this today.
He is overly excited and well I feel even more secure in this life.
