A couple weeks ago we went to visit the Kruger house and I snuck this photo. Mostly, because I wanted to show Levi the cute triple bunks. They are a family of 10 that we go to church with - or we used to before Covid.
Morning snuggles before the sun is up. Always. Coraline. Always. She will forever be our bed hog.
Clairana got asked to have a playdate with Hannah who also homeschools with us. They did a trip around their subdivision and took this selfie. So Sweet.
This picture is a mess of poufy hair and fake smiles and I look as pasty as they come BUT we finished the whole Book of Mormon this past year and I wanted to document it for us.
We read scriptures together everyday.
I read this for bookclub and I really liked it! It was amazing to me how countries can think 'normal' is so different or even illegal.
It was an eye opener to me. It also encouraged me to keep up with our time outside all year long.
Clairana and Cecily have become such sweet friends lately. Clairana loves tending her and Cecily loves her attention. C made them a snack and dressed her up for the day. So glad they get so much time together.
C made them match!
Saw this and it made me laugh.
As a family we made a goal of 1000 books read aloud by the end of the year.
We seem to be doing so well and it actually amazes me how often we read to the kids!
We broke out our 100 days left chart and I now have let the kids gauge on if they want a homeschool day or a freedom day - within some guidelines. They all seem to be in a slight competition to keep up with each other. I imagine we will hit our 180 days for the year in Spring.
