Levi and I have been taking this class for a couple weeks now on Sunday evenings.
It mostly focuses on how to help yourself or others with all emotions.
Grief, Anger, Depression, Managing Stress and Anxiety, Building Healthy Relationships, Providing Strength to Others, and many more.
I wouldn't say it is the best cheerful date night but anytime I get to step away from the kids and be with Levi alone is wonderful even in a serious class.
