Cabella Lou

We took Cabella Lou for her well child visit. 

Weight - 27 lb 8 oz (97th percentile)

Height - 33" (95th percentile)

BMI - 17.75 (90th percentile)

She is just big all around but the pediatrician says she is healthy and her height matches her weight so she appears balanced. 

Says - Mama, Zona, Clairana, Cheese, Ball, Up, Please, Daddy, More, Bye, I Love You and I am sure a few more I forgot...

Favorites - Gator rides, Meat, Milk, Cheese, Levi during the day, Only me at night, Nephi, Dancing, Outside

Dislikes - Hats, headbands, hair ties, Levi telling her No, Coraline's hugs or choke holds

oh Christmas Tree oh Christmas Tree....

Collect all the Seeds so we can Plant for Days!
Nephi and Clairana always have projects lined up for the family. 

This year we decided that instead of the traditional cut down from the field idea we were going to start buying live trees to add to our farm - now that we are permanent!  

Each of the kids wanted their own so we let them pick out little Canadian Spruce trees and we got a small Christmas tree still potted to plant.

Art for Kids Hub - Mrs. Claus and Nutcracker

Seems Coraline was not up to leaving, we did lots of art over the holiday weekend.

Levi did this project with us! He is always so good at anything crafty!

Home Depot Craft

Saturday after Thanksgiving, Coraline got sick with the stomach flu so this was our only adventure for a few days. Craft time at Home Depot. 

I had registered for them to do the Christmas craft but they gave ours to someone else ..... 

no comment.

Anyways, we made pencil holders and a toolbox. 

** Note we did this the following week as well and the same thing happened. 

I don't know if loading up four kids to do a craft at Home Depot is worth the effort.

My SIL got this baby carrier for Coraline last year and it is still a HUGE hit. 

Of course we had to bring the twins. Because managing four plus toys is always more fun.

Day After Party!

The day after Thanksgiving we had a Friends 

'we survived hosting Thanksgiving and school kids are out of school lets play' Party 

We met after dinner in pjs at our house for an ice-cream bar and a night Jeep and Gator Ride.

It was SO fun. I love these girls and they now have SIX boys and NO girls between them.

Lets just say Nephi was PUMPED to have so MANY boys to play with.

Amanda and I met at PEFCU when I was 15 and we were both tellers and ended up being neighbors on campus which may or may not have gotten us into late night trouble. 
Brandy and I have been friends since 3rd grade when she would pretend to be sick so she could go to the nurse's office and call home and I worked in the Principal's office as a helper. 

Thanksgiving!

We hosted Thanksgiving this year...it went really well - seems like every year that goes by and the kids get a little older events get easier to manage. 

We didn't manage to get too many pictures from the day....next year I think we are going to do a dinner hour so more can come and stay. 

Levi did a shooting event which was pretty popular....seems it lasted about three hours. 

The weather was beautiful!
