Clairana has taken on the task of milking her Alpine every day - it was mandatory to show this year due to her age. She has been a champ about it.
We will see how long she keeps it up but for now it has been nice to have an extra amount of milk.
We have friends that no longer use their pumps so maybe we will try out that process as well.
Papaw came over to try the first glass. Clairana and I had tried it previously for a while, but this was the most we had gotten.
It was so fun to see all the excitement and we all lived.
