We went to Hillside Acres which is a farm about 15 minutes from our house with our homeschooling friends. I invited Aunt Woody to tag along with us and she nicely treated us to lunch afterwards!
We had a fun time although the weather was chilly in the beginning the sun came out and it turned into a beautiful time.
They had a 4 1/2 acre pumpkin patch and a large play area for the kids. They are mostly known for their apples but unfortunately this year their apple blossoms did not make it through the late frost.
We all got little pumpkins and of course the one I chose in the field had three mice living underneath it so that was a treat. Lets just say, I didn't end up getting that one.

These were fun but after a few laps we all tired out!
The SLIDE! We determined that the fastest way was on your belly and backwards.
Even Cecily went alone without any fear.

They had a little farm set up with a calf! We all fed it. Made us all want a cow even more.
