It was actually amazing how much it resembled beef. The texture was very similar. The flavor we both thought tasted like a dull meat. It was expensive and when we ordered it, they said due to the restrictions of cooking it with other meat they could need a few minutes to clean the grill and then cook it by itself - they were very nice about doing the extra work though.
Because of the size we couldn't finish it, so C decided to bring it home to her siblings - which no one even noticed it wasn't a regular burger!
