Turkey Butchering

We invited the missionaries to come as well. They had a BLAST. 

We hosted a small butchering event this morning. We got turkeys from Purdue a couple weeks ago. They were HUGE. So we did a class on skinning a bird rather than scalding and plucking. 

It was a quick morning and everyone did just one bird which was nice compared to 200 chickens! 

We will make  lots of broth in the next upcoming days.
