This past weekend was General Conference. We stay home and eat loads of yummy food and listen to the leaders of the church for a couple hours on Saturday and Sunday.
I saw this afterwards and thought how appropriate. Most of the conference or at least what Levi and I gained was to turn the other cheek.
To be kind and humble yourself and love your enemies. This was very on point as both of us have been in situations recently with co-op and Levi's business of people being hateful despite all our efforts. And we want to stand up for ourselves or explain ourselves and when it reality is that going to make anything better?
We also heard a powerful talk on poise.
