When we decided to go on our little trip to Pennsylvania we figured out that Lehman's would be on the way. It is in Dalton, Ohio. We have been looking for a wheat grinder for a long time and finally took the plunge and got one!
This is the first time to kids have gotten to go into a store and browse (even though we only had an hour) so everyone was super excited and made the second half of the trip better.

Everyone got to spend their money from Aunt Woody and at this store everything was a great choice.
Nephi got a wood carving book (amazing)
Cecily got Finding Winnie which is a great book and makes me cry. Its about a bear living during WW1 and is actually the true story about the most famous bear - Winnie.
Coraline got a cat number by stickers book which was quite advanced for her but after Clairana showed her a few she now has it all the time.
Clairana and Bella got animal figurines and candy.
This is what Levi and I got. It is beautiful! It is manual but will also have a motor maybe later this year once the siding project is completed.
Just a note for myself, right now Nephi is reading, Clairana is drawing a picture using new techniques for point of view, Bella is doing her handwriting book, Coraline is playing with her new birthday toys and Cecily is coloring.... all at my feet as I stand in the kitchen listening to classical music and posting to the blog. Life with five can be loud at times, but when we have routines and time at home it can also be so simple and sweet.
