Adventuring Together.

Such a fun day. Yesterday, Levi took the afternoon off and loaded us up for a trip to Wabash which ended up being a fun adventure and we all enjoyed the day out of the house. I read to them most of the way there and we finished a book so that is always exciting.
We went to look at motorhomes. We have been talking about motorhomes or schoolies for a couple years now.
Now that we are forever Hoosiers we thought it may be the perfect time to look into it more.
Especially after this pandemic year and the cost of flying our family. We want to show them all the places we have seen and lived.
It was nice to go to a large dealership and see all the models - we actually were set on a Class A motorhome but after our visit we are now set on a Class C which is smaller but actually has more spaces to sleep, is more manageable for us to drive, safer, and twice as good with gas/diesel.
We picked two models we really liked with bunk beds, pull out coach, pull out love seat and this overhead sleeping area which is huge.
We will see.... I think we are going to rent one in a couple weeks for a getaway and see what we think.

Our plan with homeschooling has always been that we would be able to enjoy the freedom and travel together. That is also our purpose in Levi's career at TBird to be able to take long periods off or be remote. We have met so many people while we were moving all over that we would love to take our kids to meet everyone and enjoy all the places in our own country.

Also, 5th graders and their families get into all National Parks for free so hopefully we get to take advantage of this!

When we got home we made a gingerbread treehouse that Elfie brought.
