Makin' Maple Syrup

 This past weekend we got to head out early to West Point and get started on making Maple Syrup at Maple Hill. Uncle El aka Farmer was showing us the ropes! Thanks to his sidekick Maggie we even ended up with pictures! Can't wait to try the final product they say its amazing.

We did about 100 gallons and took the whole day so we were not able to stay till the end.
