Bookclub - Lillian Trasher

Bookclub Time.

We read this book about a Christian Hero. Fantastic story of a woman. She opened an orphanage in Egypt which is still in operation today.
We didn't do a craft/games this time around because it was also the meeting where we picked the books for the next 14 months. So Fun!
Although we switched up two families this year the club still continues! Year five.

 Some of us enjoying snacks!

Trick or Treating

We went to our church's trunk or treat one night and then kept with our tradition of meeting at the Wallace house to walk around their subdivision and hang out afterwards with them.
All my cousins were there which made it even better.
Tori of course made us all laugh and told us all about her adventures, Madi played music and sang, Abbi well she is always the one that the kids recognize the most and she dressed up as Eeyore.

We had our number six borrowed baby tag along with us for the night. We collected her candy for her college student parents to eat. She is just the best.

The kids were a mixture of things and Cecily barely had time for a photo once she figured this holiday out.
As we were getting ready to head out, I said to Lee -  I think we just ended up dressed as wanna be college students drunks at a game. Ooh well. It worked.

Star Gazing with the Experts.

Not the best photos because we were all nervous to shine any light.
We had the co-op over for star gazing and the Wabash Valley Astronomical Society came with several of their members and telescopes. We even saw a meteorite shoot across the sky which made most of the adults freak out. Some may have thought we were being bombed.....or the apocalypse was coming.

Then of course we finished the night with smores around the fire.
We saw the moon, Saturn, Mars, Jupiter, Venus, and several constellations.
We even got to see Saturn's rings which was extra exciting.

Co-op days (Yearbook Photos)

Molly reading to the littlest people.

Bella was not feeling well at Assembly and Coraline was so sweet to show her empathy and rub her back. She scratched her eye the night before.

Painting this week for art.

We also took a couple photos for the yearbook that Erin is putting together. I will also post them on our website in the upcoming weeks.
More to come once we see the individual photos and class photos.

This one I seem to be slightly ridiculous, but I guess that is my life.

Choir Practice Moments

Clairana and Nephi have choir practice on Thursday nights for two hours in the evening.
I was nervous about what to do with everyone during that time because it is not worth it to drive back home.
We have been meeting friends at the same church playground which is small and fenced in.
I am sure the days are limited on being able to enjoy being there or for the sunlight to last, but we have enjoyed the past several weeks just relaxing at the park together.
