Millie's Shower

This morning Anne and I threw Millie a baby shower!
It was perfect. Levi and the kids all put together lox and we had a yogurt bar. I had such great friends help in many ways.
Anne did three different cute games that were a hit.
It was so nice to celebrate the Goodsell family and their little one after so many years of heartache.
We are looking forward to meeting this little one so much!

Look we all match!
Another surprise - I am the only one in this picture NOT expecting!
Anne surprised us and announced another little one is on the way in their house. Number Seven!
So Fun. I love these friends so very much.

Today filled my cup but I am exhausted.

Dinner w Family

Eden and Bella!

No one gives me more baby fever than Emily. Something about a sister in law and a new addition. I imagine if I had a sister it would feel that way too. Especially because we have a special bond of having three babies at the exact same time.

Picture with the littlest Ashby! He wasn’t impressed and we look tired but I couldn’t not post a picture with him!

The Ashby family made a super fun game!! It was a huge hit and seems to be a new tradition. It was perfect for all ages!

Nephi is starting to play short songs. He started weekly lessons a couple weeks ago.

Busy weekend!

Levi have started the remodel on Ripple so he worked all Saturday but we did squeeze in fun evening plans!
Friday night we met the Sheets for bowling and dinner over on campus.
Saturday we were invited to dinner at the Worster’s house.
Per usual these days I didn’t take photos but I borrowed some!

Levi with Cecily

14 people around a table. Perfect.

String Art at co-op

Nephi keeps making lunch and we all love it.

Memory work at co-op

Mornings before dawn look like this. Love.

Teaching about spiders.

Random request for her picture to be taken. She loves sticking out her tongue and thinks it is so funny.

Spiders!

Arthropod timeline

I did a little string experiment so they could feel the vibrations like a spider web

My Booklist

Here are the books that just left my nightstand.
It was such a good mix.

I actually learned so much from the Jane Austen book and the traditions during that era.

The Wardrobe book filled me up. I am teaching an IEW (writing class) next year - Nephi’s age and I chose to do the Narnia layout so this just made me even more excited for next year.

Clairana will be moving on to another writing program called Lost Tools (more of a analytic like writing program) and she will also be reading Narnia to go along with her lessons.

Catch up Photos

Some of the girls put on a show for us during lunch.

Art with Ms. Kelli - String Art.

I took this and sent it to Ashli on Sunday - Two years ago, I wondered how I would get five people ready and loaded up for church on Sundays but now it has become such a regular habit. Levi is off and at church meetings before the sun comes up so we see him when everyone else does on the stand before service starts.
