What do you do when you order a cow and they grind up WAY to much of it (like all the roast) and its 110 degrees outside....You make jerky!
We borrowed a smoker from a friend and got crazy with spices!
Oh and because we only wear our bathing suits now....why not do jerky and then play in the water at the same time...?
