I am guessing by the shoes Coraline took this sweet picture of Bella reading the scriptures with Cecily while waiting on me to leave for church.

 

Playground

With the help of family we did it! We hauled this commerical playground to our house! We now have to order concrete and get working on setting it up. Lots of fun memories were made and it was hard work. 

 

 

Apple Picking Time

 For a recent church activity, we went to one of Purdue's apple orchards to fill up massive tubs of apples for the homeless. 

As a bonus we got to eat while we worked. We were trying to get over our apple orchard jealousy because these trees were amazing and loaded with beauties!

Activity Days - Pumpkins

I was asked to sub for Coraline’s biweekly activity so I asked Nephi’s leaders if we could all join together and carve pumpkins. It was a big hit. 

 Brother Goodsell came and did races before the pumpkins arrived. 

 We kept the mess outside and who knows maybe the church will have pumpkins growing next year.....

 

Holliday Park Adventure

We headed to Holliday park for adventure club this month. 

We were missing some of our families but we had a great time and stayed the day away. 

We hiked all the trails and the weather was amazing. We started the early morning in coats and ended with shorts. 

And we were off!

We brought our borrowed baby along too! She was a complete dream like usual.

Cami and Walter - I just met Cami this year. She moved here to be closer to her parents who we have known for a few years. She is wonderful and has such a sweet spirit.
