Dinner with Friends

We went out to dinner with our good friends Cory and Regan....and of course the perfect little Finnegan. He is now giving kisses which is just adorable! They are due in October so we are trying to fit in our adventures before we are all sitting at home with two babies this winter.

First Kayak Trip

Our first kayak trip as a family! Minus the basset hounds, we figured it would be enough with Clair and her life jacket. She did really good - trying to splash her arms and legs in the water. We went up to Silver Lake which is only a few minutes from our house just in case she decided it was not her cup of tea.

Don't worry the life jacket was not smothering her as it appears to be in this picture.

Who Me??

This is the guilty look - she loves to climb on top of the baseboard heater and look out the window at the basset hounds.

She is Walking

On July 16th, Clairana took her first steps to Levi who was eating popcorn. Since then she has taking a few steps and then decides that crawling is much faster. Although she did take 11 steps to our midwife on Monday.

Here are a few pictures of her trying to keep her balance on our front porch.

My little Chair

Our daughter has made Levi and I trash pickers, we were on a morning bike ride and someone was throwing out this chair. After some cleaning it now fits perfectly in our living room.

Climber

See her new Nike's from Uncle Nicky & Aunt Emily. She also has started to climb into cabinets and she knows how to go up and down the stairs. She will be walking shortly.......

First Steps

Tonight we had gotten home from running errands and getting Clairana a swing - which she loves.

We sat down with some popcorn to relax and Clair took her first two steps to try and get the popcorn off of the table!

We will see if it continues, she looked pretty scared afterwards.
