New York!!

  Bishop insisted on this magic. It was huge. The ice cream place was crazy, the kids anll ordered a kiddy cone and it was three scoops.  Pictures sent to me while I was attempting to sleep. Who knows.   Aubrey and I managed the food but I assigned this group to grill one day for dinner. 

 Waiting on lunch and found this that made for loads of fun.  B jumped in to play at the chapel before our tour started. 

Church Youth Trip! We took the youth to several church sites in NY and we stopped at Niagara Falls on the way there. It was such a great trip. I even got to let Bella tag along even though she isn’t old enough just yet. Two large vans loaded with memories! 

Fort Wayne

 

We went to Fort Wayne to watch Carter play in a volleyball tournament and then we were going to head to the zoo but it was closing so we ended up at a trampoline park and dinner. 

We will have to go back and try the zoo another time. 

** I started using a new app that would make uploading pictures faster, but I am still figuring out the layout. Hopefully, it will make me post more often in this crazy stage of life. Although it is tricky in not making all the pictures look like one long line. 

 

Working Girl!

​Clairana was offered two jobs this past week and chose to work as a hotel guest service/breakfast waitress for a local bed and breakfast. Whittaker Inn

She LOVES it. She will work a few hours in the morning, right after seminary two times a week and on Saturday mornings. Soon she will start driving herself, but with seminary just starting and a job we are taking little steps to make sure she is comfortable on the interstate so early in the morning. 

Selling Milk

 We have been working on a little marketing project to make flyers for Nephi to start selling milk. 

Malibu Jacks

 Before more crazy summer plans we squeezed in a weeknight evening at Malibu Jacks. 

Swimming Lessons

 Another year of swimming lessons! Coraline worked this year and Cabella and Cecily took lessons. Coraline even assistant taught Bella’s class. 

Bella has advanced out of lessons and will do the lifeguard training next year. 

It made for a fun daily activity while the big kids were on campus.
