Farm/Tea Time Life

Fancy devotional snack.

I hope they remember all the tea and read aloud time we have. I love it so much.

BUSTED.

I really like this visual.

Attempting to get a picture of us all with our new shirts!

Watching Dr. Pol while I make dinner.

We are enjoying incubator life right now!
We put in 18 eggs so we will see in 21 days how many we get!

We just finished this one - it was a good read that linked race and entrepreneurship in children. Lots of math problems so it was a different read which we enjoyed.
Although I will be excited for something a little heavier for our next bookclub book.

Creek Life and Birdhouses

Creek Life

Birdhouse Making - We are getting better with practice!

Bird Rescue by these two girls.
They came running begging us to put this little guy back in his nest.
Look how proud they are of their accomplishment.

Sunshine and Books

Cabella and Coraline

Crafts outside

I finally got to catch up with others on reading this one.

Morning Smiles.

Bookclub Books for March and April.
We did a combined Zoom meeting with the kids.
Miracles on Maple Hill is such a precious story about a farm named Maple Hill which we have friends who have a farm with the same name so I gifted them this book as well.
The Borrowers such a cute read about imagination and how life would be like if you were tiny people who 'borrowed' things from the big human BEANS upstairs.
They have a set of stories that I got Clairana to dive into by herself.

Eagle Sighting!

We got to enjoy Levi's work Polaris for the weekend and took it down to the water for a pajama ride.
We ended up at the creek in amazingly perfect timing.

Once we parked an eagle swooped down and got a fish right in front of us!
Then another one flew in to join that one.
It was AWESOME.
We sat and watched them in complete awwhh.

Around the House

Many looks of Cabella these days.....

Tractor Life - I have become much more comfortable with the tractor over the past two years.

Clairana got a pottery wheel from my mom for Christmas and she has been making all sorts of sweet things.

Nephi helping with the fire for my social distancing date with other homeschooling mamas.
It was magical and so good for my soul. Grateful for private land that we can spread out and be away from the world for an evening.

Mother's Day

Mother's Day was a little different this year due to the virus and not being able to really go anywhere or be with others. It was a relaxing day at home.

We loaded up for a hike to the beach after breakfast. Not our normal path so this was a new adventure but still on grandparent's land.
Which the beach was so sandy and the water was beach entry like so I am excited to go back with the kids when Levi is at work.
Maybe with another mama to spend the day.

Levi got me a pair of cowboy boots and we also ordered weekend meals from Omaha Steaks which meant we all ate amazing food all weekend.

I am so thankful to be a mother and after years of trying to get pregnant it still amazes me that I now have five.
It is the hardest and the best/most important job in this life.

Then I wanted to try out tie dyeing with the kids.
It was SUPER fun and I am excited for all of us to wear our new shirts!

Only way to do an art project with a little one.

Morning snuggles with C.

Grapevine Swingin

4th of July

We had a great and relaxing 4th! It is always nice when Levi is off for a couple days in a row or at least only goes to jobsites for a littl...
