MagnaTiles

I have looked at buying Magna Tiles FOREVER because they are listed as one of the best 'toys' for homeschooling. 

I always backed down because they are EXPENSIVE. 

We treated the kids to two sets of them as a surprise thank you for all their good behavior during ALL the doctor appointments. 

They are AMAZING. 

We spend so much time building and building and of course crashing down our inventions.

Soccer Plus Some

Crazy to Play Soccer till January - OUTSIDE!

SOCCER LIFE or TUESDAY and SATURDAY LIFE
Levi is coaching BOTH Clairana and Nephi's teams which is crazy!
They did not have enough coaches and were going to cancel so he stepped up!
Thankfully, he has now gotten Asst Coaches for both teams too (which makes my life easier to chase after the other three!)

Coraline is potty training and is most always naked - because who can go to the bathroom with clothes on!?

SHE ROLLED!!!! We are SO excited!! RIGHT ON SCHEDULE! TWO WEEKS after the Harness is OFF!

Soccer Life - Both Clairana and Nephi play Coed which can be challenging. 

Horse Lessons for THREE

Horseback Lessons just keeps getting better and better. 

Ms. Kathy the instructor decided to see if she could do a short 15 minute lesson 

with Coraline this week - of course for no extra cost to us so we said YES! 

She was NOT scared at all. She climbed right through the fence and went running when she was called for her turn.

Nephi - is working on trotting and doing figures (Wajeeh)

Clairana - is now onto galloping and racing figures (Clairana rides Wajeeh and Delilah)

Although this sport seems to be expensive they do all love our Fridays at the farm.

Nursing Home Playdate

I started a playgroup with our church and I have been trying to reach out to other activity directors to make a connection between all the elderly here and the children.

It finally came together. 

We had our church friends meet us and spend the day playing games and reading books at our local nursing home...in costume of course! 

I actually have now set this up to be a monthly event because it went over so well.

Coraline is no longer hanging on my leg when we go places but jumps right in .....as long as Nephi and Clair are participating too.

Happy Halloween!

Last night, we went to our church for Trunk or Treat.

Instead of passing out candy we rented a popcorn machine and were the 'concession stand' trunk.

We won 3rd place.

Clairana and Coraline were fairies (we had to wake Coraline up to come to the party)

Nephi was Batman

Cabella was a box of popcorn

Now let the day of begging for candy begin!
