Joke for Levi

My Aunt just started selling LuLaRoe (type of clothes - mostly leggings and dresses) recently and I had heard of it about eight years ago in Washington. I mostly buy the dresses because they are modest for church. Anyways, she had these leggings with baby chicks so I got them as a joke for Levi.

Blog Struggles. 

Just C and Me

Clairana and I had an evening out this week. We went to go get me new glasses and then we got our nails done together for her FIRST time. 

Yep just like I figured she is hooked.

We had a great time and I really enjoyed not tending to any babies for two hours - I am starting to see how awesome it will be to have older kids too. 

She picked our color - purple with rainbow sparkles.

Clairana is the only girl but she hangs tough and it doesn't bother her which makes me so happy.

Family Home Evening - Coconut Style

Family Home Evening - We bought a coconut as our treat after our scripture lesson and tried it out together! 

(Once a week mostly on Mondays the LDS church encourages us to have family time together) 

Then had a puzzle and dance party. Until Zona ate two pieces off the floor....Ukkk. Fail.

Saturday Fun Day!

Levi was supposed to go on a day long jeep ride on Saturday but he wasn't feeling well and overslept so I decided it was best to make our day awesome.

1st Basketball practice

3rd icecream (for free from the locals) by the bridge

6th Grocery Shopping....

Now this may not sound like fun but our kids love the old lady that watches them at the grocery store playplace. So we get to shop just with Bella. Magical. Plus she gives them treats and does crafts.

 This past Saturday, was our night to watch all the kiddos for date night (16ish kids).  

When we first started this last year 16 kids sounded crazy and nerve-raking but I can say now we have fun and definitely enjoy our other five weeks without our own kids on Saturday nights! 

Some weeks we watch them at church which makes it easier in the gym.

One of our absolute favorite families the Bowles (blondies in the pictures) - they moved here a few months after we did and will be her short term as well. 

Their dad is a doctor here in Parker, AZ but they will be moving so he will be able to specialize in Wilderness Medicine in Seattle. They have 3 boys and 1 girl.

And of course the Barker family (brown hair) who we have known a little longer and are here also short term for their dad is a pharmacist. They have 4 boys and 2 girls.

Bell/Evans Visit

Kelly and Rene (Pappy and Bubbe) flew in the California to spend the holidays with Rene's sons and made the four hour drive to come see us too. 

Ashli and Tyrone drove four hours to meet up at our house in the middle. It was perfect. 

Cousin Fun 

(Tyson has gotten four teeth and is SO close to walking since we just saw him on Thanksgiving) 

Bird Feeding, Beach Walking, Hiking, Skate Park Tricks, Movies,Campfire... Great.

Sad to see our last visitors go as the holiday seasons of craziness and love comes to an end. 

We feel very special to have had so many come out to Arizona and see us.
