Apple Orchard/Canning

It is officially Fall here in Washington, we headed out to the Apple Orchards to get apples to can applesauce. We ended up visiting two different orchards and got apple cider, a pumpkin, and 60 yes 60 lbs of apples.....plenty of applesauce!

As you can see we had a great time until it was time to get out of the golf cart. Clair has also grown really fond of apples - mostly because she is teething.

Winthrop

Here they are ....our trip to Eastern Washington as you can see it was HOT but a great getaway. It took about three hours which was perfect timing for a pregnant mama and a 15 month old. Clairana even enjoyed the camping portion, jumping on the air mattress for about two hours before FINALLY falling asleep.

It was definitely a different experience camping with a little one.

Ferry Ride

Another picture of the girls on the ferry this past weekend, on our way to the San Juan Islands. It was a little windy but we were blessed with great weather.

Levi's mom has four chickens that Clair just loves. She enjoys chasing after them, petting them, and feeding them.

Here she is just laying in the grass relaxing....ooh the life.

Lisa's Trip to Washington

Ms. Lisa decided to come out and visit us this past weekend. We took her to Fairhaven, Mount Baker, San Juan Islands and much more... Here are a few pictures I stole off her facebook but I will post more soon. We had a great time and Ms. Clair LOVED having company and ended up falling asleep in her arms on her last night here.
