We met the Smith family at the Trampoline Park!

Coraline got a rug burn on her head as soon as we got there but amazingly enough she never even noticed.

Nephi spent over an hour in the dodge-ball area - Levi would be so proud. 

There is a tunnel that goes between the 'big kid' and 'little kid' areas so of course I spent all day running back and forth.

We got invited to a last minute birthday party for my nephew Liam (Dustin's son) at Chuck E Cheese - which is like a pizza arcade place. Unfortunately, Clairana had gotten a concussion the day before playing with Levi and so all the girls ended up wanting/needing to stay home. 

Nephi and I went and played for an hour. It was our date night.

I was glad Nephi and I went - the party was small and it was nice to show our love to them.

I am learning that the older I get the more important it is to be flexible and loving and it does end up creating memories that you or your children would have missed out on.
Even if it throws a curve-ball in your schedule.  Its just a schedule.

The next day was raining....but we headed to the park anyways with towels, rain-boots and raincoats.

Then Jace and Jaxson met us at the park to play in the rain and then we came back to our house for lunch. 

SPRING BREAK!

Although we still had CC on Wednesday we took the week off to spend with all our school friends and some family!

Baby Goats Have Arrived!

(Full disclosure these are not at our house - ours will be here in May - these are our surrogate ones our our friends farm) 

The same place ours were living when we went to Arizona. So they are offspring babies of ours. 

They have had 14 babies on their farm in March.  

Then we had Tifni (Levi's sister) and her boys over for pizza and playtime seems we won't see them on Easter we wanted to enjoy Spring break with them too! 

Of course this is the only one I got of them together and Levi's eyes are shut.

Homeschool Life

My Favorite Thing...Oh how it is starting to pay off all those reading lessons!
Reading happens so much in our homeschooling life now from pleasure instead of a task to get done.
Cabella and Coraline actually love to sit and listen which just melts my heart.

Yes, I am the cheapo that brought lunch bags from home to fill up with popcorn so we only had to buy one popcorn and waters! Hard to justify spending extra money when Levi is not with us.

Nerf War Night!

Monthly the CC group gets together for dinner and Nerf Wars - the kids and parents have to study up and do pop quiz memorization questions to earn bullets. Levi as always was a great sport although next month he might have to step it up on his Latin!

How cute is this picture! We used to go to church with Johnathon (middle) when we lived in West Lafayette and they homeschool so we get to see them often and Javan is the CC director's husband.

Animal Print Church Day!

Clairana gave a talk this week in Primary and of course whenever they do anything one or both Levi and I sit in their classroom to watch! She did great! 

This was her visual aid. 

I love that they get to learn/practice how to give a talk in front of several people at such a young age. Primary normally has about 50ish people (adults and children) so its no small feat.

We had visitors this past week at CC so we made them a sign and treats to feel welcome.
