LDS Temple - Indianapolis

We went to Indianapolis to visit the new LDS temple that is currently open to the public until the dedication in August.

It was a great time and Clairana got to see the room where the bride gets ready when she is sealed to her husband- reminded me of when Levi and I were sealed for time in eternity. 

What a great experience for families to bring their children and for non members to see what it looks like inside! 

We got to see samples of all the materials in the temple from around the world.

Paint Paint Paint

We have been thinking about painting the house lately....then one day we got all three kids to sleep at the same time so we went crazy!

We had already tried out a gray color and felt it was in our comfort zone but then we fell in love with this 'dark knight' color!

Scary but exciting project! 

It has been nice to work on this project while Levi is at work and the kids play outside.

Swim Lessons

This summer we did swimming lessons at 

Happy Hollow. 

At the beginning, I was not impressed by the teachers/assistance but after bringing Levi with me one day it straightened itself out...

We ended up putting both Nephi and Clairana in the same class. Both did well but Nephi definitely enjoyed it more...or at least had no fear and was ornery.
