Bathroom Number TWO

Another reason getting flooded in is a great thing...

we get to work on projects at home! 

Because who needs to nap when the kids nap?

I cannot even believe that I get to have another beautiful bathroom.
Two bathrooms, lots of research, coupons, sweat, swear words, $1200, and DONE.

Yearly Flood

Each year we get better and better about being prepared and paying attention to the river levels.

This year, it was a little easier because I was home with the kids and we were able to run to the grocery and make sure we had all the essentials including treats!

We were home for four days which was pretty amazing actually! 

We really do enjoy the road being empty and staying home.

We also got to meet an elderly woman who was in need so we got to provide service with the kids. We went home from our walk and got eggs, bread, jam, and milk to have the kids deliver to her. 

I am looking forward to getting to know her and her story.

First night - it was up on both ends of the street but we were still going strong.

Levi took her birthday off work and we headed out to the Indianapolis Zoo.
