Check Up Time

We had a doctor's appointment for everyone on Friday - daycare germs have been killing us off lately.

So, while we were there I thought we best get Nephi his 9 month well check .... a little late.

Height - 73.7 cm (75%)

Weight - 21 lbs and 7.2 oz (50%) 

Head - 48 cm (95%)

 Oh and the doctor did say that Clairana is talking at a very high level which is always nice to hear....although she does talk/sing/yell all the time now.

Although he has an ear infection he is one happy happy boy!

You can barely see but......

We have been trying to figure out a schedule for all of us and I think we have finally nailed it down. Levi gets up early and takes the bus into work around 6:00 then I head into work and drop the kids off at school around 7:30. Then in the afternoon Levi tries to get off around 4:00 and picks the kids up from school and I ride the bus home.

At first it was pretty nerve racking riding the bus and only have one vehicle but it has become very easy and well cheaper and environmentally friendly too!

Here is a picture right outside our apartment and in the background is Purdue's rowing team. This is pretty much what Levi does to maintain his sanity when he is waiting for me to get home.

Our new apartment lifestyle has actually been really great and we do really enjoy being so close to work and the kids during the day. Also walking for ice cream on Saturdays has become a routine too.

Now if we could just figure out the sharing it would be perfect.

SIX Years

Six years ago I became Mrs. Evans.....

What a fabulous blessing it has been to find my soulmate during this lifetime.

• Started dating in college
• Bought a Basset Hound (Duncan)
• Got our first apartment
• Bought another Basset Hound (Dharma)
• Engaged for a year
• Married in a hay field
• Moved, Moved, Moved, Moved Indiana, Georgia, Indiana, Florida, Washington
• Tried to have a baby (3 years)
• Welcomed Ms. Clairana
• Tried to have a baby (1 month)
• Welcomed Mr. Nephi
• Moved back to Indiana
• Anniversary

It has gone fast and slow and up and down but I wouldn't change our life together for anything.

This little guy has gotten so many new teeth recently that he has not been too happy,

which is not his personality.

Anyways, he was so excited when he heard the water running and he got to take a bath,

must of made him feel better.

(I am sure Levi enjoys getting his picture taken while bathing ...hahaha) 

HE IS ON THE MOVE!!!

He is on the move, Clairana really didn't know what to think of him actually moving.....watch out lady here he comes!

Levi's grandparents (Jack & Jane) venture down to Florida every year to avoid the lovely Indiana winter so we decided to spend the day with them on Saturday to ensure a visit before they leave.

The weather was beautiful and we got to spend time by the pond and Clairana enjoyed 'driving' the tractor. 

It appears that Jane lucked out and didn't get her picture taken....

Little Mover Helpers

We are still moving in.....so our weekends have been full of relaxing in our new place and SLOWLY unpacking. This weekend we got one shelf hung up and three boxes accomplished - well one box of hats as you can see below.

Also, our little man has six teeth coming in! All on top! So he was not really up for us to unpack this weekend.
