Yearly Gator Vacation

It is that time of year again......GATOR HUNTING. Meaning Mr. Evans heads off to Florida for a mini vacation. Seems like everytime he goes it gets a little more scary, seems when it was just the two of us it was like ENJOY! Then when Clairana came into our life it was like Enjoy... now that Nephi is here I was pretty nervous but said....ennnnjjjooooyyy............

It is going smoother than I thought. Here are pictures from our time together minus the main man.

She is 50!!!

For Mom's 50th birthday we took her on a surprise. Nick and Emily watched Nephi and Woody watched Clairana for the evening to make it all work. We loaded up not telling her where we were going....she was excited but also not too thrilled to not know. We ended up at Beef and Boards where you watch a play and eat dinner all at the same place. It was great, they announced her birthday and gave us cake, champagne, and balloons. Happy 50th Mama! So happy to have been able to spend it with you!

Nephi Joe - 8 mths old!

Cousins

Liam he is about 5 months old now!

Day at the park with Mike and Jeriko before they head back to school! Mike will be in the 5th grade and Jeriko will be in Kindergarten!

Oh and of course Uncle Tanner is now home! It is crazy to live within 2 minutes of at least two of my brothers - seems we used to be in Washington and Tanner just got home from Colorado.

Griffiths Visit

When Levi and I were living on Purdue campus and were in college we met this great couple who also were our neighbors. We had tons of great times together and both got puppies at the same time - which when you do not have children this is a huge deal!

It has been forever since we have seen eachother actually almost seven years and three babies ago - they have a beautiful boy Issac which he is 15 mths.
Although Levi and Jake didn't get to see eachother Lori and I had a fabulous time catching up and introducing the little ones!

Sunday Best

As we were getting ready for church this morning, as everyone that knows me - we must be in the same matching colors or I have a little bit of a twitch during church.

Anyways, Nephi is also in a green shirt to match but of course he was already asleep when I went to take a picture of Clair.

The Jensen family gave us outfits for both Nephi and Clairana as going away presents thinking they would wear them next Spring seems Nephi's is 12 mths. I put the outfit on him today.....yeah he is 8 mths old.

When Clairana put this on today she looked up at me with this big smile and said

" Awwh Princess Dress "

Having a girl just keeps getting better and better. 

Levi and I both gave talks today so this was the first Sunday that the two crazies got to sit with

Kelly and Reni (Levi's dad and his fiancee)

They did okay, Clairana spotted me on the stand and gave Kelly a run for his money but all in all it was great for Levi and I to have a prayer -

a quiet and spiritual prayer.
