During our trip, Tammi and Hilton (Levi's Aunt and Uncle) invited us to dinner with all their family!

Nephi rolled over last night, I was on the floor with him and my brother,Nick, got to be the witness which was exciting! 

Our first time in our new ward - sad and exciting day.

PS - Nursery has over 25+ children - Clair did not know what to do and the best part is they have I think five men in nursery - hard to count everyone and one of them works in the ER. Yipee! 

Church was great and Levi bore his testimony which is always heartwarming. 

Oh and Clair ran all over as she normally does.

San Fran Visit

Here are pictures from our trip through San Fran in the Rover of course, this place was way too crazy for two basset hounds and two babies! 

It was great to see everything and we did take the scenic route while the kids both slept.

Really!? Who knows but this Midwest couple had to take a picture and YES there is a baby in that stroller. The things we do to make our children smile - I guess. 

Tyrone & Ashli Visit - Arizona

We decided on the trip to head South before heading East to visit Levi's sister Ashli and her fiance Tyrone. We also flew Levi's other sister Tifni in as a surprise. We had a great time and we got to see their adorable new house. 

Tyrone was in the process of taking his final tests for becoming an EMT - sorry Tyrone bad timing to have two extra dogs/three adults/and two kids! 

Final result he PASSED!

Golden Gate Bridge

On our trip home we had to see the Golden Gate Bridge. The other bridge was closed so everyone was detoured to this bridge making it extremely crowded. 

Later that evening when we checked into our hotel room, I heard on the news that they had to reopen the other bridge because they had never experienced the amount of vehicles and weight.....nice the one day we pick to visit. 

Nephi 3 Months Old

Here is our little man who is starting to get the Indiana tan seems it has been over 80 for the past two weeks, crazy.  3 Months old already! I think the second one flies by even faster. He is sleeping through the night and only gets upset if his skin is irritated (eczema) or he is hot. 

For comparison this is the little lady at three months old. 

Radder Family Visit

On our journey home we also took advantage and went to meet friends that have moved from Bellingham to Seaside, CA. Vashti and Marcus are in the military and have two adorable little girls, thanks so much for letting us come over for a play date - it was definitely overdue! 

Of course, I didn't take a picture of the girls while we were there but I stole these from Vashti.

Circus de Soleil

On our road trip, it was difficult to find things that both would be fun for the kids and we would have somewhere to leave the bassets without it being too hot. Levi stayed up late one night after the rest of the family had fallen asleep and booked us a surprised - tickets to the circus for the following night. 

Besides the trouble we had parking with being over the 6 ft parking garage limit it was a perfect night. 

The police officers in LA are definitely understanding as I was sitting in the middle of the road attempting to find a parking spot. 

The show was amazing, Clairana started the show with a hand full of popcorn and she did not take one bite the whole 2 1/2 hours, she was mesmerized as were Levi and I. 

We had seats on the fifth row. The show was called OVO which was about bugs without any talking just bug sounds. If you ever get the chance to see the Circus de Soleil it is a must, tickets are pretty pricey and we had the only kids there but it was great. 

Nephi enjoyed watching them swing above his head and all the lights. 

Maxwald Family

Hans, Catherine and Jake Maxwald treated us to dinner at our favorite place Milanos before we left Washington. 

They are expecting baby number two in just a few more months! 

We have spent several nights with this great couple and will miss them greatly.

Our Trip to Indiana Post One

Well, now that we are here I guess it is time to start up with the journey. 
We had a great trip and the kids did AMAZING. 

They slept almost the whole time while driving and NO we did not drug them - I think they are making up for it now as the time change has not been easy or to be honest has not happened. 

Nothing like hotel bathtubs with a shower cap to play with.

 Tummy Time working really well.....not really he keeps falling asleep

Awwh all swaddled up because this little man has crazy hands that allow him NOT to sleep. Don't worry that is not a dirty sock that is his rice sock. 

Huh? You talking to me? The leopard pajamas say it all!
